Panorama Bay II complex is being constructed in the most preferred tourist destination in the southern Bulgarian Black Sea coast - Sunny Beach - the oldest and famous Bulgarian sea resorts in Eastern Europe from the entire Black Sea riviera. It is abeutiful bay in the form of semi-circle, opened to the east. The northern part of the resort borders the last highs of Stara Planina /Mountain/. This creates a splendid combination of sea and mountains. In its southern part is the ancient town of Nessebar, set on a peninsula, the town is architectural and historical monument of Bulgarian and world culture. The resort has a beach with a length of about 9 km. and a width of 50 - 60 meters, fine, golden sand dunes and natural, clean water and equal sandy bottom. In the last few years in the rseort were built many new hotels, discos, nightclubs, restaurants, cafes, shops, children's facilities and aqua-parks and others. The complex is 40 km from Burgas, 8 km from Nesebar and 2 km from Elenite.
Location
The Panorama Bay II complex is set the picturesque and calm area beteen the two resorts. It is situated near the beach on an inclined plot so for - from much of the apartments reveales an unique view towards the sea, the rocky beach or the pool built in the complex.
Project
The project envisages 72 apartments/ 42 studios, 26 one bedroom apartments and 4 two bedrooms apartments/ The complex comprises two open-air swimming pools, open terrace with summer garden. On the roof is constructed another summer garden with marvelous view of Sunny Beach bay, and the slopes of Stara Planina to the north.
Construction and technologies
The buildings are designed as a monolithic system of reinforced concrete beams, columns and slabs. The vertical communication is carried out by reinforced concrete staircases and lifts. To fulfill all necessary norms over the brick walls 25 cm thick, and over the columns is provided provided insulation from 4 cm expanded foampolystyrol. Interior walls are 12 cm thick brick masonry. Roof structure is reinforced concrete - slanted roofs with external drainage, inlination of 60%, respectively with the necessary steam - thermal insulation
Installations: electric lighting and power installations; door bell -door installation, cable television, telephone installation, lightning conductor installations.

- Entrance hall: laminated flooring, latex painte walls and ceilings
- Bathroom: terracotta flooring, walls - faince tiling, sanitary euipment, sink, shower, electric water heater
- Living room: laminated flooring, latex painted walls, PVC joinery, air-conditioners
