Tsarevo is located in the southern part of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. This area is far from the noisy, bustling city life and the overcrowded popular summer resorts. Here you can find a quiet and picturesque place to enjoy your holiday. The town of Tsarevo has more than 6,000 inhabitants. It lies on two small peninsulas, bordering a beautiful bay. The peak of Papiya, which is 502m high and shows ruins of an old fortress, is to the South of the town and is an additional attraction for the tourists. The town is an administrative centre and has a lot of specialized shops and a hospital. Once you get into Tsarevo, it is worth spending a day away from the beach, deep in Strandja Mountain. The mountain was declared a National natural park in 1995 (it is in fact the largest one in Bulgaria) and is one of the least explored in Bulgaria, which explains the large variety of its wildlife, flora and fauna. This park is an ethnographic reserve. The mountain also has a lot of caves (particularly in its western part), traces of ancient civilizations, such as stone figures, sun discs carved in stone, Thracian dolmens, fortress walls and sanctuaries. In the beautiful village of Tsarevo you will find absolutely everything that could make your holiday worthwhile and unforgettable:

Location
- The town of Tsarevo lies 72km south of the city of Burgas and
its international airport. - Like other nearby towns and villages, Tsarevo is situated on the very border between Strandja Mountain and the Black sea.
- It lies on two small peninsulas, bordering a beautiful bay.
Project
The estate has a total area of 12,227.90 sq m. This is a five-storey building divided into different sections.

The building has a reinforced concrete structure, the facades are covered with colour silicate coats and wood edging and the balcony railings have metal frames and high quality fibreglass. There will be high quality damp, heat and sound insulation on the walls.
Standard of finish
The apartments are an ideal place to live and rest, they will be fully finished with tiled floors in the corridor areas, laminate flooring in the living rooms and carpets in the bedrooms; bathrooms are tiled with installed bathroom suites and a shower. UBB -United Bulgarian Bank
The client segments are the citizens of the European Union, USA and Canada. The minimum amount of the credit is Eur 7500, the maximum is Eur 250 000 for a period of up to 20 years. A person must be at least 23 years old to be considered eligible and the age plus the loan period shouldn’t exceed 65 years. For the first year the interest rate is 1.5% or 5.9% for the first 3 years. There is a standard interest rate for the rest of the loan period which is 6.5%. The bank has an application fee of BGN 20 and an administration fee of 0.5%. The prepayment fee is 5%.
First Investment bank
Every able local or foreign citizen is considered an eligible borrower. However, if the acquired property is a plot, a local citizen should acquire a property. There are no limits concerning the maximum loan amount. The maximum term is 240 months with a loan purpose - acquisition of a real estate. There is an option of a period when the borrower pays only interest which may be up to 12, 24 or 36 months. After it equal monthly installments during the loan term are paid. In case of overdue payments the bank charges a penalty interest rate. The application fee is Eur 50 and the management fee is 2%. You can read more on the fees and charges on their website. The applicant's income should be 1.50 times the monthly installments. The minimum income that should remain per member of the household is 500 Eur for adults and 250 Eur for children.
The term for approving the application is usually up to 2 days.
