The town of Balchik is situated on the Northern parts of the Black sea
coast, 28km. away from Varna and 40km. away from Kavarna, which is a host of spectacular summer music festival with mucisians from all over the world. Balchik is over 2600 years old, during the period is was known as the Greek colony Cruni and later as the Byzantine fortress Dionisopolis, the medieval Bulgarian town of Kravuna, the Ottoman and later again Bulgarian town of Balchik. In the periods between 1913-1915 and 1919-1940, Balchik was under Romanian authority. This is when the palace of the Romanian queen was built. Another sight of the town is the botanical garden - the biggest on the Balkans. The town attracts the tourists with it's ancient atmosphere, the stone-paved streets and the old houses. The Art Gallery and the Historical and Archeological museum show great masterpieces and artifacts. The coastline is 4km. long and is very pleasant for long walks. Same for the harbour and the small streets around the mosque. The complex that we present is located on second line from the shore, just behind the palace.
golf
Golf is a main attraction for more and more investors and players. Many experts say that Bulgaria will displace Portugal and Spain as a main golf destination. There are three professional courts being built at the moment and twenty planned for building during the next 10 years. It's obvious that the golf players will start visiting Bulgaria. With the advantages of a nice climate and beautiful sceneries, playing golf in Kavarna could be a wonderful experience for professionals and beginners. Three of the golf courts are designed by Ian Usnam and Gary Player. Other two are being built at the moment. The one designed by Gary Player will be finished in 2009 and will be a part of a five-star holiday complex. Usnam's court will be completed in 2008.

The "Garden Palace" is located only a few minutes away from the town's centre and the beach, in immediate proximity to the unique Botanical Gardens and the Palace of the Romanian Queen Maria. It has an enclosed structure and unbelievable panoramic view to the sea. The complex consists of two buildings, integrating six sectors in a common park area. The built up area is 1518 sq. m. The residential complex includes 98 functionally designed apartments geared to the requirements of the most demanding of customers, along with underground garages, a car park, a swimming pool, spa centre and 24-hour secur ity.

The buildings are going to be constructed with a monolith structure with concrete-steel plates. The roofs are sloped and covered in tiles. The facades are going to be covered in facia stone wood and mortar.
