Neviastata(The Bride) holiday complex will be situated in the area Raikovski livadi in Pamporovo resort. The resort is at 1,700 m altitude and at 85 km from the city of Plovdiv. The building is at 800 m from the existing ski lift station Studenets and in immediate proximity with the future modern sport and tourist center Perelik that is to start construction soon. The distance to rhe nearest airport in plovdiv is one hour only. Pamporovo is an alpine resort, nestling in the heart of theRhodope Mountains. Winter is long and open and summer is cool and fresh. Pamporovo is situated at a distance of 260 km from the capital Sofia, 85 km from Plovdiv and 15 km from Smolyan. It stands 1700 m above sea level, at the foot of the peak Snejanka (1926 m). The resort was founded in 1933. Since then, many hotels, shopping centres, restaurants and ski tracks have been constructed.
The resort disposes of more than 8500 beds. The ski tracks of Pamporovo have all degrees of difficulty and a total length of 34 km. The lifts and the rope- lines have capacity of 8500 people per hour. Near to the ski tracks and the hotels are ski wardrobes. Pamporovo hosts international ski competitions. Pamporovo welcomes the tourists all year round, it's a wonderful place
for a visit both in winter and in summer. Places of interest near Pamporovo: Wonderful bridges, Bachkovo monastery, Trigrad, Diavolsko garlo(The devil's throat) cave.

Project
The building has six floors and is designed as a residential complex with 55 spacious apartments from 55 to 140 sq.m. with one or two bedrooms. Construction and materials
The structure of Neviastata hotel is monolithic with reinforcedconcrete and externalwalls of ceramic bricks. The facades will be treated with mineral plaster on heat insulation panels, timber lining of impregnated materials and stone revetment. The roofing will be with Tegolabituminous shingles. The joinery will be PVC with glass pack. The building will have a luxurious hydraulic lift. The good internal communication through a worm connection allows the residents to use the restaurant, the swimming pool and the other facilities.
All the apartments will be delivered "turn key" with quality

Payment plan
- Reservation - 1000 euro(30 days validity - non refundable)
- Within 15 days should be concluded the preliminary contract and should be paid to bank accounts provided by the investor 30% of the price of the apartment
- The following 30% are paid at the construction stage "rough construction"(the building has a roof)
- The next 30% are paid at the issuing of protocol 15(for the delivery from the building company to the investor of the building)
- The remaining 10% are paid at the issuing of the notary deed.
Maintenance
The owners of the apartments in Neviastata complex should pay an annual fee for property management, which is 5 euro/sq.m. for 2008, based on the size of the owned apartment. Those funds are for:
- General maintenance of the common parts: electricity of the corridors, stairs, elevator maintenance
- Maintenance of the swimming pool
- Maintenance of the park and the terrace greenery, the alley lights and sound etc
- As well as 24 hour security guard

The apartments offers good rental potent of 6% per year.
