Location
Well, as its name suggests it is located close to Marina, some of Europe's finest sandy beaches and a golf course. Currently there is a harbour to the front of the resort and a marina is planned for development and to the rear a golf course is planned to be built shortly, indeed there are plans to build three golf courses in the area.

Situated between 2 major airports, Bourgas and Varna it makes it so accessible and available to cheap flights all year round. Located in the town of Byala whose name means, "white rocks". It has all the beauty that mother nature could have given, crystal clear water, the most beautiful sandy beaches that are ideal for all ages, unbelievable coastal scenery, and is surrounded by forests and nature reserves. Byala with its favourable conditions - crystal clear waters, sandy beaches and a forest - offers wonderful opportunities for recreation. The pools

There is a dedicated paddling pool for smaller children together with 4 other pools. The pools are linked together taking advantage of the natural slope of the land. The "jungle river" linking them slides you along from pool to pool. The pools look really impressive in the evening when they are lit and give that "millionaire" image. Relax at the side of the pools on your sun bed soaking up the suns rays and enjoy the quiet ambiance and beautiful surroundings.
Relaxation
So that you can enjoy the resort and take advantage of your apartment 365 days a year there is the benefit of a heated indoor swimming pool. This together with Jacuzzi, sauna and fitness centre makes the perfect combination of all year bathing and relaxation.
