We offer full property management for real estates located in any area of Bulgaria and purchased using our agency services. All our clients will be offered full management services such as maintenance, payment of bills for electricity, water and telephone, payment of annual municipal and local taxes, cleaning, laundry, repairs, regular inspection visits to the property. Also included are services such as setting up new water and electricity accounts and submitting annual tax returns, etc. For provision of these services, an annual management fee is charged which varies depending on the region and type of your property.

Osogovo Mountain

Osogovo is a mountain between southwestern Bulgaria and northeastern Republic of Macedonia. The highest peak being Ruen at 2251 m, which is situated on the territory of Bulgaria and it is one of Bulgarian 100 tourist objects. The Osogovo mountain is located 86 km away from Sofia. There is a wide range of deciduous and coniferous forests in the mountain. The nature and weather conditions allow the development of the tourism all year round.
The mountain spreading over 996 sq.m. of the Bulgarian territory. It is the main orthographic knot on the very border between Bulgaria and the Republic of Macedonia. Osogovo has round shapes, beautiful beech, oak and young pine forests, wide meadows, grassy ridges and peaks.
The big regions abounding in game, the rivers famous with a well-known mountain trout contribute for the development of the hunting tourism. The State Game-Breeding Station Osogovo is built a game reserve with predominant species: doe, wild boar, and wolf.
The big altitude allows the ski season to continue 3-4 months. The complex ‘Trite buki’ is situated at the end of the itinerary - 1980 m. above sea level, on the wide meadow. The surroundings offer magnificent areas for ski tourism and ski race. There is a modern sport base immediately after the hotel complex which comprises grassy football playground, a volleyball playground, tennis-court, ski track for children and beginners.
In the summer you could enjoy the caressing mountain sun and you could also refresh in the open air pool of the complex.
