Town of Batak is situated at the foot of West Rhodopie mountain 36 km away from town of Pazardzhik and 1120 m above sea level. Batak natural lake is with 17 m length and 3 km width. There are few other lakes in the region.
The idea for construction of the complex was born during the frequent visits of the region of Batak lake in all seasons. The combination of wonderful nature, excellent conditions for fishing, water sports, skiing along with the modern facilities in the village offers the perfect choice for your full and healthy relaxation and entertainment!
Project
The off-plan holiday village comprises the construction of a complex of separate houses next to a SPA hotel complex, which, in the near future, will be the only one of its kind in the region. The eco-settlement will be constructed by means of an entirely new technology. Mainly natural materials will be used.
The project is implemented in two phases. The first phase includes the construction of a villa settlement, which has started in March 2007, and will be completed in the spring of the year 2009. The second phase is the construction of a SPA hotel, which is to start in July 2007, and will be completed in the summer of the year 2009.
The hotel envisages 16 rooms, 7 apartments, lobby bar, restaurant with 80 places, BBQ, conference hall and internet and children's hut. The hotel will be open all year long.
22 separate properties are offered for sale.
The 8 separate villas are due for sale together with the adjoining land and the ideal part of the general infrastructure of the settlement.
