The project
"Hunters Castle" ski, golf and SPA resort is a gated, 4-star development, designed as 12 buildings, each bearing a certain animal name. The buildings are situated at the front and along the perimeter of the 12 000 sq.m. plot, each building having 3 residential sections (entrances). The development has 237 apartments - studios, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom flats. The development is situated in one of the most upmarket areas of Bansko (see Location), within walking distance of the existing gondola.
The 12 buildings feature castle-style architecture and are named as follows:
Building A (Antelope) is the main building, housing reception, facilities, SPA area, restaurants, swimming pool, etc.
The remaining buildings are purely residential, some of them housing some quiet game rooms or small private party lounges in the basement. Access to all floors is by lifts and stairs. Apartments in buildings B, C, D, E, I, G, K and L are North-South facing, while buildings A, F, G and H are East-West facing.
A spacious inner yard with beautiful landscaping, playgrounds and barbecue will contribute to the leisure time of both parents and children.
Buildings B, D, G, I and K will have underground "warm corridors" to Antelope main building.
"Hunters Castle" is unique in architecture and building style, offering its residents all the amenities and services of a modern recreational development in the special theme environment of hunters' life.

Situated next to the restaurant for holding seminars, events and promotions. It can be joined to the restaurant in peak seasons.
Barbeque
Several barbeque rooms "Hunters Notch" will be situated in the basements of some of the buildings to host your private parties.
"Teddy Bear" children playroom
At ground floor with electronic games and outdoor play-lawn for kids.
"The Shooting Grounds" game hall
On the second floor, with snooker, darts, etc. A silent games room for chess, cards, etc. is opposite to it.
"The Ambush" piano bar and disco
Also in Antelope building, second floor, to relax, enjoy a drink and dance with live music or disco in the evening and late into the night.
"The Loyal Dog" aores ski coffee shop with open terracce
This will be the place to visit after skiing or after the SPA visit. Open all day, light snacks and meals also served. Situated on the 3rd floor, it will provide a magnificent view to the mountains.
Reception and lobby
At ground floor in the Antelope building. Guests will check in/check out there and can use secretarial services, book transport or restaurants.
"The Horn" mini market
On the first floor of Antelope with a variety of groceries and drug items.
Ski storage
For your gear at the end of the day. Situated at ground level next to the driveway, it will also do fitting and small repairs and will rent ski gear to tourists.

Car parking is provided in underground garages and parking lots outside.

More about Bansko
Nowhere else you can see so many beautiful old houses with massive high gates, stone ealls, and old bulgarian atmosphere. Surrounded with three mountains, a lot of rivers, glades and forests, Bansko is located at a unique place.
Some of the elite complexes in Bansko are near to Hunters Castle (Luxor, Royal Tower, Orchard), which gives the quests a wide variety of restaurants, shops and other conveniences. The town centre of Bansko is only 20-minutes walking along the the river road. There is a road, at the south part of the complex, which leads to the new golf playground (3km.), and Pirin golf playgorund, near Razlog, is 6 km. away.
