- Organization of sanitary: hygienic service of the complex area and the common parts of the buildings
- Maintenance of the swimming pools, the lawns in the complex and the yard communications
- One-year insurance on the apartment
- Use of swimming pools
- Management personnel: manager of the complex, a chambermaid, an administrator, a gardener, security, a technician;

Special construction materials are used to perfectly fit the local climate and are an ideal combination of modern technologies and traditional natural materials. The construction is made of bricks and reinforced concrete.
The electric installation, the water-supply and the sewerage are fully finished. The buildings will be with an external thermo-insulation and hydro-insulation (foundation, walls and roofs). The common parts of the building will be luxuriously finished. The areas between the buildings will be planted with grass.
