The hotel is located in the urban part of the resort 5 minutes from the historical center and 10 minutes walk from the ski center of Bansko.


Description: The building consists of a basement and three residential floors. One part of the building is established as an independent dwelling / part of the ground floor and part of the first floor. This part has a separate entrance and has three rooms and bathrooms at each level. Currently, two floors are designed as separate housing comprising with corridor  kitchen and two bedrooms. This dwellings may join  the hotel. part. S the basement part is about 40 sq.m. and used as a warehouse. On the ground floor in the hotel part are: reception, guest room, boiler and household tavern. The tavern has a maximum capacity of 25 seats and  is only for hotel guests. There are direct outlet on the court where it can be  constructed open barbecue. On the second level are designed four studios and Jacuzzi room. The last level has two studios. All studios are equipped with spacious mini boxes, bedroom (or twin beds), a place for recreation with upholstered furniture, table, television. Size of premises permit to put additional beds if needed. Each room  is with  bathroom.

The hotel is fully completed and fully furnished and equipped with modern interior and facilities. There is cable  TV and Internet. The heating is local with cauldron on solid fuel.

Construction: The construction is reinforced  with partition walls. External walls are made of  ceramic bricks 25 centimeters thick, outer layer warmproofing - 5 centimeters stiropor and external plaster or stone veneer. Interior walls are 12 centimeters by gypsum board panels of aluminum construction with 12 centimeters of insulation mineral wool with a density 75 kilograms / square meter Partition walls between rooms are lined with extra noise proof gypsum board.  The flooring is wooden in the rooms, terracotta in the bathrooms and terraces, a staircase with granite.  The sanitary covered with tiles  the other rooms are with with latex.  The joinery is PVC. the nadrailings of the balconies are made of  wooden panels with cast  iron parts. The building is covered with  slanted  roof.
